Room tax is 11.7%.
The charge for each additional person is $35 per night plus tax and must be made in advance.
A minimum of 2 night stay is required.
A minimum of 3 nights on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day).

A minimum of two night deposit is required for all reservations.
A deposit of 50% is required on all reservations of 5 days or longer.
All confirmations are subject to our receipt of your deposit.
Deposits will be applied to the last nights of your reservation.
If a credit card is used, the deposit will be processed on the day the reservation is taken.
Reservation balance is due upon arrival.
On all cancelled reservations, there will be a service charge of $35.00 for each room reservation.
No deposit refund will be allowed for cancellation less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date.
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premise of Eden Pines Inn. (Please be advised that anyone found smoking will be asked to leave without a refund and will be assessed a $75 cleaning fee.)
We are unable to accept reservations for children under the age of 12 years.
No pets of any type are allowed.
The breakfast consists of cereals, whole grain breads, English muffins, coffee cake, fruit salad, yogurt, granola, raisins, sunflower seeds, Grape Nuts, orange juice, coffee and tea.
Cookies and Mixed Nuts at 3 pm
Check In is between 2 pm and 5 pm
(Please contact the inn at (978) 546-2505 if you are going to be later than 5 pm so that we can make sure that we are there to greet you upon your arrival. Unfortunately we cannot accept early check ins.)
Check Out is 11 am. (Unfortunately we cannot accept late check outs.)
